The Connecting Thread

We had an early morning departure from Cape Town and are now on our two day road trip to the Eastern Cape. It has been a great week being reunited with our friends and being able to introduce the delegation to our various partnerships.

I do find myself thinking back over the past 20 years that AIAIA has been making a change for good in our world. The “connecting thread” that runs throughout this human tapestry is clearly children. If ever there is a reason for us as adults to remain hopeful and committed to the work of justice, it is the treasure we share in the young people of the world.
