A Message From Steve Cummings

I was first introduced to AIAIA in 2018. I had heard Fr Jim Cassidy’s annual appeal and was deeply moved. I emailed Fr. Jim to see if he would be open to grabbing a cup of coffee. We immediately hit it off and I was so impressed with their mission of AIAIA.
It fit so well with the core values at Nova Group GBC. Jim invited me to attend their next delegation trip to South Africa. It was a life-changing experience to say the least. I felt such a connection to the people we serve there, the mission of AIAIA, and the impact they have in Africa.

It seemed like such a natural fit for Nova. The Nova Team cares deeply about the world we live in. As a General Benefit Corporation, Nova is dedicated to placing people, property and planet above profit. Our core values align so well with AIAIA and thus our partnership has continued to grow. I am personally humbled by the great work AIAIA does and proud to contribute as a board member.

I have been touched in so many ways by the people of South Africa. The love and spirit of these people is something we all could learn from. My hope is that the Nova-AIAIA partnership continues to grow for years to come.
