Love Intentionally

A great day of celebrating faith and family in Malungeni today. Eucharist celebrated under the shade trees. Time to hold newborns, play with the children, as well as strengthen our bonds with our family in the Eastern Cape. We look forward to assisting with a food distribution tomorrow. I am reminded of the reading from L.R Knost that was read at SJA on the Sunday that the AIAIA delegation received the blessing,

"Do not be dismayed by the brokenness of the world. All things break. And all things can be mended. Not with time, as they say, but with intention. So come. Love intentionally, extravagantly, unconditionally. The broken world waits in darkness for the light that is you."
