Missionaries of Charity (MOC) was founded by Mother Teresa as part of her worldwide ministry of the poor and needy.

They operate a compound in Khayelitsha that houses and nurtures residents with brain trauma and other disabling conditions. In addition, the nuns prepare take-away lunch for residents in the surrounding community. 

AIAIA funds assist with resident meals and personal hygiene needs (including adult diapers), as well as helping the sisters maintain a compound that is safe and engaging for the residents.
